Refund policy

Bot Pantry kits are digital downloads, delivered as an instant download link right after Stripe checkout.

If a kit doesn't work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll give you a full refund. Tell us what went wrong so we can fix it for everyone.

Because kits are instant downloads, we can't offer refunds for change-of-mind after 14 days, or for problems caused by changes to third-party AI tools after the 14-day window.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
